About Stuart and Preedix

Enterprise AI success requires business, technology, and consulting depth in the same room.

Preedix was built to help organizations move from AI interest to AI-First operating performance, with the orchestration, architecture, controls, workflows, and leadership needed for real business use.

Company story

Why Preedix exists.

Many organizations do not need more AI ideas. They need clearer judgment about where AI creates value, what it should do, how it should fit the work, and what it takes to make it reliable.

Preedix was founded to help close that gap. Stuart Schaefer brings together technical AI architecture, senior business leadership, and consulting discipline so organizations can make better decisions, increase pricing revenue, reduce operating cost, remove friction, and avoid expensive missteps.

Philosophy
  • Revenue and profit first
  • Orchestration matters
  • Workflow realism matters
  • Controls and evaluation matter
  • Long-term executive cadence beats AI theater
What makes Preedix different

Technical credibility without losing business realism.

Preedix brings a combination that is still less common in AI: hands-on architecture depth alongside executive operating experience.

That includes AI architecture, machine learning, deep learning, genAI, agents, embedded AI capabilities, explicit AI tools, data and context architecture, workflow design, controls, governance, and cloud deployment. It also includes experience in enterprise operations, finance, global planning, product supply, founder leadership, and advisory work.

The result is advice and implementation guidance that is more practical, more selective, and better aligned to the realities of how companies actually operate.

Operating philosophy

Practical systems over AI theater.

Useful AI work should be judged by revenue, profit, operating fit, reliability, and control.

That means starting with the business system, not the tool. It means orchestrating embedded AI, explicit AI tools, data, models, agents, and workflows so they improve pricing revenue, reduce cost, and remove friction. It means testing what works before scaling it. And it means paying attention to evaluation, governance, and what it takes for a system to be trusted in production.
